How to Shop

BA In-Stock Items:


Stock items are held in a central warehouse ready for despatch. Stock will be delivered within 1-3 days to the UK. A next-day delivery service is available but may incur a surcharge - please contact the team for further information. Always allow sufficient time to receive your items in advance of any event. If for any reason the stock is not available the Helpdesk will call to offer an alternative or confirm when the stock will be ready for despatch.


Ordering is simple:

All UK and International orders must be placed through the IAG2BUY system, giving full delivery address and payment details. Please be aware that there is usually a delay between you raising the IAG2BUY request and our receiving it following the BA approval process.

All invoices will be sent to BA Procurement at Waterside

Personal orders may be placed via the website and charged to personal credit/debit cards. Please note: Full payment will be taken at the time of order including items showing “currently out of stock”.


BA On-Demand Items:

On-Demand items can be placed via the website using the enquiry basket. Once we receive your enquiry we will come back to you confirming price and delivery date. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the BA account team

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically via the website for both UK and International orders.



All items are charged in sterling. Please allow for possible adjustments when converting from other currencies.
